Julie Speight was raised in Mire, Louisiana. She graduated from Our Lady of the Lake College in 2017 with her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has worked in a variety of settings, including acute care hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation, assisted living, skilled nursing, and outpatient clinics treating both adults and children. Julie takes a hands-on approach to care, blending manual therapy with exercise and Pilates-based techniques to address spine and extremity pain. She is passionate about creating functional home exercise programs that engage both patients and their families to ensure the best outcomes. Growing up with a love for all sports, she excelled in playing and coaching softball, where she first discovered her interest in physical therapy by helping teammates through their rehabilitation. Julie also volunteers with local charities that support individuals with disabilities in sports and recreational activities. She has been married to her husband, Dylan, for seven years, and they are blessed with two sweet boys, Wesson and Wyatt.
